Booking Policy – Readings with Zoë
Booking & Payment All sessions are booked and paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Prices are listed in EUR.
Written Readings One question, read in full. Cards are pulled, photographed and sent to you alongside a full written reading, delivered to your inbox within 72 hours of booking. Please ensure your question is submitted clearly at the time of booking.
Live Sessions (Zoom) A Zoom link will be sent to your confirmed email address ahead of your session. Please be ready and online at your booked time. A recording of the session will be sent within 24 hours of the call ending.
Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booked time at no charge. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Monthly Support packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to a live session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and treated as a no-show.
Availability I keep my calendar intentionally small so that every session gets my full attention. If the times showing don’t work for you, get in touch at contact@white-butterfly-1111.com and we’ll find something that fits.
